Costs are based on the following services:
2 nights double or twin occupancy accommodation with continental breakfast in either The Ritz Hotel or The Westin Palace Hotel. Once the allocation at the above hotels is complete, one of our remaining hotels will be utilised of a similar standard.
Corporate Hospitality package including:
VIP access at the Awards (with drinks at the Arena) and the Official Post Awards Party Hospitality (including all relevant food and drinks).
VIP MTV Awards Transfers – Mercedes ‘S’ Class. NB: These quotes are based on a set return time from the Awards / Party determined 2 weeks before the event. If you wish to have a vehicle at disposal for the entire evening then a separate quote can be provided.
Full on-site assistance, exclusive to the Corporate Entertainment group, pre-event & on-site management / all local taxes, service charges & gratuities for the planned programme.
